Improve all three guides
- dnssec: fix confusing double-numbering on headings, fix zone-status output description
- stalwart: add Stalwart restart step, add cert verification step, remove duplicate ACL snippet from security notes
- homebrew: add brew leaves, brew pin/unpin, brew services section
